CRT (Core Resistance Training)
Unique training concepts that will challenge your body from head
to toe. Fundamentals of Strength Training, Pilates and Al’s Reconditioning
through Functional Integrated Training (RFIT) philosophy are used
within this progressive class. The best exercises are combined to
get your day started. A combination of short (3-5min) Cardio segments combined with strength/core work with small apparatus & body weight.
YOGA
Ashtanga & Hatha combined with the healing of touch. This class
is the best of both worlds, postures, known as asanas, and breathing
that enhance health through physical strength and mental focus and
clarity. This 1 hour session emphasizes breathing as your invitation
to movement.
ABC (Abs, Butt & Cardio)
This 1hour class hits just the PRIMARY’S. A little of each goes
a long way!
FIRST AID & CPR COURSES
(Canadian Red Cross, Heart & Stroke Foundation)
